Project Management
A project is the top-level unit that groups agents, data sources, and MCP servers. You can separate projects by team or purpose to efficiently manage resources.
Create Project
1. Access Project List
After logging in and entering AgentOps, the project list is displayed.
First Access
If there are no projects, only the "Create Project" button is displayed.
2. Create Project
- Click the Create Project button
- Enter project information:
- Name: A name to identify the project (e.g.,
Marketing Team AI Assistant) - Description: Purpose or use of the project (optional)

- Click the Create button
Switch Projects
If you have multiple projects, you can switch between them using the project selector in the top header.
Project Selector
- Click the current project name in the top header
- Select the project to switch to from the dropdown
- The page refreshes with the selected project's resources
Quick Switch
When switching projects, the current page (agents, data sources, etc.) is maintained, and the resources of that project are displayed.
Project Settings
Access Settings Page
- Click the Settings icon in the left sidebar
- Or select Settings option from the project selector
Editable Items

Delete Project
Warning
Deleting a project will also delete all resources in that project (agents, data sources, MCP servers, chat history). This action cannot be undone.
How to Delete
- Go to the project settings page
- Click the Delete Project button at the bottom of the page
- Enter the project name in the confirmation popup
- Click the Delete button

You can manage member access permissions per project.
Permission Types
- Project Management: Create, edit, delete projects
- User Management: Invite members, modify roles, remove users
- Resource Management: Create, edit, delete Agents, Chats, MCP Servers, Datasources
Role Types
| Role | Permissions |

| Owner | Project management, User management, Resource management |
| Admin | Resource management (Project/User management available when granted by Owner) |
| Member | Manage and use own resources |
| Viewer | View resources, use chat |
Invite Members
- Go to Settings → Members tab
- Click Invite Member button
- Select member and choose role
- Click Invite button
