Troubleshooting

This guide covers common problems that may occur while using THAKI Agent Platform and their solutions.

Login Issues

Cannot Login

Symptoms: Clicking the login button has no response or causes an error.

Solutions:

  1. Verify that your ID and password are correct
  2. Check if Caps Lock is on
  3. Clear browser cache and try again
  4. Try a different browser

Session Expired

Symptoms: "Session expired" message is displayed.

Solutions:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Log in again

Auto Logout

For security, you are automatically logged out after a period of inactivity.

Agent Issues

Agent Not Showing in Chat List

Symptoms: Created agent is not visible on the chat page.

Solutions:

  1. Check if the agent is in Active status
  2. Check if the correct project is selected
  3. Refresh the page

Cannot Activate Agent

Symptoms: Activate button doesn't respond or causes an error.

Solutions:

  1. Check if the agent has completed required settings
  2. Check if connected MCP servers are in normal status
  3. Check error messages in browser console

DataSource Issues

File Upload Fails

Symptoms: Error occurs during file upload.

Solutions:

  1. Check if the file format is supported (PDF, TXT, MD, DOCX, CSV)
  2. Check if the file size is under 100MB
  3. Check if the file is not corrupted
  4. Check network connection status

File Processing Takes Long

Symptoms: File status stays at "Processing" for a long time.

Solutions:

  1. Large files (over 10MB) take time to process (up to 30 minutes)
  2. Multiple files uploaded simultaneously are processed sequentially
  3. If no change after 1 hour, delete and re-upload the file

File Processing Failed

Symptoms: File status shows "Failed".

Solutions:

  1. Check if the file format is correct
  2. PDFs with only scanned images may not process
  3. Encrypted files are not supported
  4. Convert the file to a different format and try again

MCP Server Issues

MCP Server Won't Install

Symptoms: Installation doesn't proceed after clicking Install button.

Solutions:

  1. Check network connection
  2. Try installing a different MCP server first
  3. Refresh the page and try again

MCP Server Won't Activate

Symptoms: Activate button doesn't respond or causes an error.

Solutions:

  1. Check if the MCP server was installed correctly
  2. Check if required authentication information is entered
  3. Check server status

Tool Calls Fail

Symptoms: Error occurs during tool calls in chat.

Solutions:

  1. Check if the MCP server is in active status
  2. Check if you have permission to use the tool
  3. Check if the input format is correct

Chat Issues

Agent Doesn't Respond

Symptoms: Agent doesn't respond after sending a message.

Solutions:

  1. Check if the agent is in active status
  2. Check network connection
  3. Try again after a moment
  4. Refresh the page

Response Gets Cut Off

Symptoms: Agent response stops in the middle.

Solutions:

  1. Request "please continue" or "go on"
  2. Break your question into more specific parts

Response Is Inaccurate

Symptoms: Agent provides incorrect information.

Solutions:

  1. Write your question more specifically
  2. Check if relevant data sources are properly connected
  3. Check if data source documents are up to date

Performance Issues

Page Loading Is Slow

Solutions:

  1. Clear browser cache
  2. Disable unnecessary browser extensions
  3. Check network connection status
  4. Try a different browser

Browser Freezes

Solutions:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Restart the browser
  3. Close other tabs if memory is low

Request Support

If the above methods don't resolve the issue:

  1. Error Message: Record the exact error message
  2. Steps to Reproduce: Record the exact steps when the problem occurred
  3. Browser Info: Check the browser and version you're using
  4. Screenshot: Capture the problem screen if possible
